BEST LIFE YET™ (BLY) CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that with this transaction, I am enrolling in Best Life Yet™, a committed 12-month membership. This is NOT a monthly subscription I can cancel at any time. It is a 12-month commitment to pay the full membership amount, less any applied discounts or promotions—either in one payment, or across the agreed payment plan if I've chosen one.

I understand that this membership is non-refundable. If after my first session I determine it genuinely isn't the right fit, I may notify Andrew Mellen, Inc. in writing at [email protected] within 7 days of that first session, and no further payments will be collected. I am clear that any amount already paid is non-refundable, and that I retain access to everything delivered up to that point. After the 7-day window closes, my annual commitment is binding and all payments are due in full.

I understand that if I have chosen a payment plan, the full balance is owed across the agreed payments regardless of my usage or attendance. If I exit within the 7-day window described above, the payment I have already made is retained and the remaining scheduled payments will not be collected. Outside that window, all scheduled payments remain due.

I understand that chargebacks are NOT an acceptable way to cancel this membership and will be contested.

If there is a delinquent balance, I will be responsible for any and all collection agency and/or attorney fees up to 40% of the delinquent amount.

I understand that the content of this membership—including but not limited to the live sessions, as well as any/all videos, worksheets, files, forms, documents and spreadsheets contained herein—is protected under copyright law and the copyright is held by Andrew Mellen, Inc.

Once any content has been viewed or accessed by me, I understand that that constitutes delivery and that any statement to the contrary or claiming lack of receipt is false and will be contested.

I acknowledge that it is illegal to share, copy or re-purpose any of the materials herein and that all materials shared with me or accessed by me are for my own personal use exclusively. I am strictly prohibited from using any materials accessed in any commercial way or sharing them with other individuals.

The above is true unless and until I obtain prior written consent of Andrew Mellen, Inc. to the contrary.
