I understand that with this transaction, I am PURCHASING this program (Unstuff Your Life System®, Mellen Certified Organizer™ and/or Best Year Yet™ supplement) in FULL. I am clear that I am NOT purchasing a monthly subscription plan that I can cancel at any time, but instead, agreeing to pay in FULL less any applied discounts or promotions (with the opportunity to do so over time if I am choosing a payment plan.)

I understand that I have 14 days from the date the program or cohort starts to request a refund—after that time, all sales are final. I further understand that if I choose to defer my start date in writing, I surrender all rights to a refund at that time. To request a REFUND of my tuition for this program or supplement, I must email [email protected] requesting my refund within those 14 days (typically before the 3rd live class starts). Refund requests must be in writing. All tuition refunds will be in full less any credit card processing fees which the bank does not return and a $50 administrative processing fee.

I understand that chargebacks are NOT an acceptable way to cancel this program and will be contested.

If there is a delinquent balance, I will be responsible for any and all collection agency and/or attorney fees up to 40% of the delinquent amount.

I understand that the content of this program—including but not limited to the live sessions, as well as any/all videos, worksheets, files, forms, documents and spreadsheets contained herein—is protected under copyright law and the copyright is held by Andrew Mellen, Inc. Once any content has been viewed or accessed by me, I understand that that constitutes delivery of the program and that any statement to the contrary or claiming lack of receipt of the program is false and will be contested.

I acknowledge that it is illegal to share, copy or re-purpose any of the materials herein and that all materials shared with me or accessed by me are for my own personal use exclusively. I am strictly prohibited to use any materials accessed in any commercial way or to share with other individuals. The above is true unless and until I obtain prior written consent of Andrew Mellen, Inc. to the contrary.
