Official Rules

NO ADDITIONAL PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. YOUR $19.97 REGISTRATION FEE FOR THE DYM CHALLENGE IS THE ONLY REQUIRED PURCHASE. ADDITIONAL PURCHASES OR PAYMENTS WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility. This De-Stress Your Mess Challenge Elite Access: Power Session with Andrew Mellen (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and are void where prohibited by law.

Sponsorship. The Sweepstakes sponsor is Andrew Mellen, Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 10355 Paradise Blvd, #1003, Treasure Island, FL 33706. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

Entry Period. This Sweepstakes begins on September 15, 2025, at 8:00 PM ET and ends on September 19, 2025 at 9:15 PM ET (“Entry Period”).

How to Enter.  Visit the De-Stress Your Mess Challenge registration page located on Sponsor’s website at https://www.andrewmellen.com/dym and follow the instructions to electronically complete and submit the entry form to join the Challenge. You will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your first and last name and email address. (NOTE: You must complete all required fields of the entry form with information that is valid on the date of the drawing to be eligible.) All registrations become the property of the Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.

Limitations on Entries. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER EMAIL ADDRESS PER NIGHT FOR EACH ATTENDANCE LASTING 40 MINUTES OR LONGER ON THE ZOOM WEBINAR CONDUCTED NIGHTLY DURING THE CHALLENGE. ENTRIES ARE BASED ON ZOOM WEBINAR ATTENDANCE REPORTS.  LIMIT ONE ADDITIONAL ENTRY PER PERSON PER EMAIL ADDRESS PER INVITED GUEST THAT ATTENDS ONE ZOOM WEBINAR LASTING 40 MINUTES OR LONGER. Participants can provide notification of invited guests by providing their name and email address by email to [email protected].  No third-party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts to otherwise encourage the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. The use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.

Elite Access. One (1) Elite Access: Power Session with Andrew Mellen will be awarded, which consists of: 

90-minute virtual session working with professional organizer, Andrew Mellen

Winner acknowledges that the working session will be videotaped and that all rights to the video recording are retained by the Sponsor. Winner must sign and return an event release form. Winner agrees to accept the Elite Access “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor Administrator is in any manner responsible or liable in any way for any cancellations, losses, or damages. Approximate retail value of the Elite Access is $4,999.00. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual value of the Elite Access will not be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes. Winner must provide Sponsor with a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number before the prize will be awarded. [A Form 1099 will be issued to the Elite Access winner.]

Drawing. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period taking place during the Friday night live session at the Sponsor’s principal place of business. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, the prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If the winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sweepstakes rules, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. The winner MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN and will be notified during the Zoom Webinar conducted on September 19, 2025, and subsequently by email. The inability of the Sponsor to be contacted by the winner by email within forty-eight (48) hours after selection may result in the disqualification of winner, and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at Sponsor’s discretion. Coordination of the Prize will be determined with the winner by U.S. mail, email, or telephone within (30) days after the winner has been notified and accepted the prize. If coordination of the prize is not possible, then the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly drawn.

Odds. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Sweepstakes.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH, OR VALDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OR CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

General Terms. By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decision of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now and hereafter known throughout the world.

Winner’s Name. The name of winner is announced during the random drawing conducted during the Zoom webinar on September 19, 2025. To receive the name of the winner, where permitted by law, or a printed copy of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, please contact Sponsor by email at [email protected].

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH, OR VALDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OR CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Provisions of Materials and Information/Intellectual Property. By entering the Sweepstakes, Participant represents and warrants as follows (1): that it fully owns or has properly licensed whatever materials or information it submits hereunder in connection with the Sweepstakes and can make such submissions without violating any applicable law, agreement with any third-party, and/or third-party right of any kind, including without limitation any intellectual property, data protection, privacy or publicity right; and (2) that any and all materials or information provided by it hereunder shall be true and correct in all aspects. Without limitation on anything set forth herein to the contrary, Sponsor shall have the irrevocable, transferable, and fully sublicensable right and licensed (but not the obligation) to exploit any and all such materials or information in any manner it so chooses to promote the Sweepstakes (including future Sweepstakes), its business, brand, product and/or services, throughout the world in perpetuity and in any and all medial, now or hereafter known. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now and hereafter known throughout the world. Participant agrees to execute any document reasonably required by Sponsor to effectual the terms hereof and failure to do so will give rise to Sponsor’s right to execute any and all such documents as Participant’s attorney-in-fact, which right will be coupled with an interest and therefore, irrevocable.

Release. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM, CAUSE OF ACTION, DEMAND OR PROCEEDING (EACH A “CLAIM”), AND ANY LOSS, INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH), COST, EXPENSE, FEE, FINE, PENALTY OR OTHER DAMAGE OF ANY KIND (EACH A “LOSS”), RELATING TO OR ARISING OUT OF HIS OR HER PARTICIPATION IN SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR SPONSOR’S RIGHT TO EXPLOIT PARTICIPANT’S RECEIPT, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, NO MATTER HOW SUCH CLAIM OR LOSS ARISES.

Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND ASSIGNS (SPONSOR PARTIES) BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF ANY PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND/OR ANY PARTICIPANT’S RECEIPT OF A PRICE, NO MATTER UNDER WHAT THEORY ARISING, EVEN IF ANY SPONSOR PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SPONSOR PARTIES’ ENTIRE LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO: ANY PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, THE OFFICIAL RULES, AND/OR ANY PARTICIPANT’S RECEIPT OF A PRIZE SHALL BE LIMITED TO $500.00. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE AFOREMENTIONED LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY AND AS SUCH, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITS.

Dispute Resolution. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree as follows: 91) that all disputes, causes of action, and claims connected to or arising in any way hereunder between the parties will be resolved solely on an individual bases (i.e.) class action suits are hereby waived by the parties), and exclusively by the state or federal courts situated in San Diego County, Florida; (23) that the laws of the State of Florida will govern this Agreement, without regard to its conflict of laws principals; and (3) that the parties hereto waive any right to trial by jury.

Force Majeure. In the event that Sponsor is unable to perform its obligations under these Official Rules due to an act of God including but not limited to strikes, equipment or transmission failure work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software or hardware) services, damages reasonably beyond Sponsor’s control, or other causes reasonably beyond its control, Sponsor shall not be liable for damages to Participants or winner for any damages resulting from such failure to perform or otherwise from such causes.
